Keith Kirby

Keith has experience in general management, organisational culture and corporate governance along with marketing and brand strategy.

 

Keith spent ten years as CEO of a creative business unit in the Hutchison Whampoa Group, responsible for its P&L. In parallel he was Director of Branding and Culture for mobile internet brand Three across multiple start-ups in ten countries.

 

As Client Director at Wolff Olins Keith managed creation of Orange, the mobile phone brand, and led its introduction all over the world working with local operating companies and agencies.

He spent three years as a main Board director and general manager of a listed company, Hurricane Energy plc, where he led the IPO process.

 

Keith helps companies with brand strategy, organisational culture, employee engagement and communications. For other clients Keith advises on corporate governance, board structure and fundraising.

 

He really enjoys bringing brands and organisation culture together. As part of his independent consulting, Keith works with high level leadership consultants Senn Delaney, contributing to major culture shaping programmes and advice to CEOs and boards on behaviour.

 

Keith also has experience as a Trustee and Non-Executive Director, completing the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma course in March 2016.

 

He has an MBA with distinction from London Business School where he won the Alumni Prize for Academic Achievement.

Beatrice Farina

Beatrice is an expert in brand marketing and communications including public and analyst relations and social media along with event management.

 

She works with start-ups to blue-chips, across several industries and market segments from telecoms to lifestyle, music, entertainment and publishing. She has been at the forefront of the mobile application segment and named as one of the top fifty women making an impact in mobile. 

 

Beatrice is passionate about working with like-minded innovative, smart and ethical people in disruptive businesses making a positive difference. 

 

Beatrice was CMO at Vinted, a marketplace for pre-loved fashion. Prior to Vinted, she was Chief Brand Officer at Lebara responsible for evolving the Lebara Brand beyond telecoms and into new business sectors including finance and entertainment. 

 

At Immediate Media, as Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications she developed their brand marketing and communications strategy. 

 

Whilst at Shazam, as VP Marketing Communications, she turned this white-label service into a household name and leading consumer app. She directed and oversaw brand strategy, PR, digital media, events and communications as well as in-channel consumer and partner marketing.

 

In addition, Beatrice has developed marketing strategies at entrepreneurial start-ups such as SpinVox and Stubbi, and global blue-chip organisations including Canon, Fujikura and Marconi.

 

With extensive experience with B2B2C marketing strategies across Europe, North America and Asia, Beatrice has a proven 360° approach and methodology that turns strategies into tactical plans leveraging latest technologies and channels to maximise results.
